We have a problem with Yealin T46G phone on a broadsoft system.
Phones have the firmware 28.72.188.21
i am getting reports from end users that the T46G phone automatically log them out of the queue.

It affects by this customer on a Call Center Standard , also queue notifications of how many calls and time in queue are now missing.

the next noticeable effect from here that the handsets go slow in dialing then eventually just crashing needing a reboot.

This problem is on 2 site's with T46G phone's

LLDP is off on the phone's

Please help

28.72.188.21 is a customized firmware for our Netherland distributor Lydis.
Please directly contact them for this issue.
