T38 audio cutting out - CWR - 11-27-2013 06:57 AM

We use MultiCast paging - and occasionally some phones stop receiving the audio or receives a very broken up audio. The user generally unplugs the phone and plugs it in again and voila - the Multicast paging is working again - for a few weeks to a month.
Any suggestions as to what might be happening? Is the phone "running out of memory"? Can something be done with my network/switches?

Sorry for the late reply. Do you use 3CX PBX?
We have released a 3CX version which supports multicast paging.

If the issue is on still, please supply me Syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)

These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.

So, first phone I installed on - I first reset to factory.
The Group Call Pickup and Direct call Pickup are set to *98 and *97.
Yet, I find no evidence of this in my 3cx config files.

Where do these values originate from?

Craig did you see they posted a new firmware for 3cx with multicast enabled. 38.70.0.198

it is in their reply... I installed it as I mentioned - but not much else. very busy right now with end of year stuff.
would love to get to v12 of 3cx... but still missing a little something in the multiple greeting setup for end user.

Changelog:
1. Add multicast feature

So I installed, then reset the phone to factory. This way the phone gets a clean config.
I can not comment on paging issue yet.

From 3cx config:

The DND didn't program:
#Configure the DND key mode; 0-Phone mode (default), 1-Custom mode.
features.dnd_mode = 1

#Configure the DND on code and off code.
features.dnd.on_code = *32
features.dnd.off_code = *30

The call parks didn't program:
memorykey.1.line = 1
memorykey.1.value = SP1
memorykey.1.type = 10
memorykey.1.xml_phonebook =

So, I manually entered these values.
Then I have selected Phone,Auto Provision now option and the settings went away.
