MWI not wanted on some lines but - bsnipes - 11-22-2013 12:36 AM I have a situation where I don't want MWI on a T38G phone for some of the accounts registered. The "Subscribe for MWI" setting for the account is set to disabled yet it still gets voicemail waiting notifications on the account. I have tried firmware versions 38.70.0.115 and also 38.70.0.132 and both give the notifications. Is there any other setting that might turn off MWI for an account that I am missing or would this be a firmware bug? So you can extend the time of "Subscribe Period(Seconds)" in the webpage. Enter web UI->Account->Advanced, change "Subscribe Period(Seconds)" time as you want, then the notification will not prompt frequenctly. If I disable MWI on an account, that means, to me, that I don't want voicemail notifications at all on the account. It doesn't mean that I want them only on an account resubscribe. What is the best way to file this as a bug?
