Hello,
I have the T22P. The phone is registered correctly. When the phone is idle, the power led indicator stays solid green. From the documentation, it says that when the phone is idle, the led should be off.
Is this normal?

Hi Slimard ,
You can configure this option in the webpage of phone.
(Enter webpage->Features->General Information, slect Close Power Light as "enabled")

If you want the LED to be off in the idle state you need to set "Close power light" to enabled.

Hi,
I called the phone and the power led is not flashing. This is what the documentation says:
Power Indicator LED :
Solid green: The phone is initializing.
Fast Flashing green: The phone is ringing.
Off: The phone is powered off. The phone is idle when powered on
I am on firmware: 7.70.13.9

Sorry. Your version is V70 and it does have this issue.
This issue has been solved in V71. If you want to solve this issue, please ask your distributor for help.
