hearing impaired customer - jnewman - 11-10-2013 12:25 AM I am wondering if anyone knows of an attachment or device, or software for the t28p. We have one customer that is hearing impaired, and right now he has an avaya digital volume switch on the avaya handset. Would increasing the handset volume help? And if this is not loud enough for him, do u have any recommendations? This person does not want to wear a handset?
