Dear Support,

is it possible to change the W52 search method for the phone number directory?
I explain better.
if you do an alphabetic search in to the W52 phone directory (local or remote both),
i.e. you want to research AL you can find
ALessandro
ALessio
ALberto

but also
vitALe
caviALe
cividALe

and so on
this search method is bad and not appreciated from the customers in the market.
Please is it possible to change the research method, like wired yealink SIP phone (T38, T26, VP530).

If you search i.e. for AL, you must to find only
ALessandro
ALessio
ALberto
matching only the character on the left (not in the middle of the word)

Sorry, we just support this intelligent search method. Many people want to use this search type because they just can remember some
alphabetic letters or number of somebody.

Can you tell me why do you want to do that?

Hi Support.
The actual method is smart only if you don't remember the name/number or part of them (5% of case)
But the most part of people, use the phone book to search a knew name and recall it (95% of case),
They know what thay want search (i.e Mario, or Paolo, or Giovanni and so on).
If you have to dial 3 or more characters to catch the name which they want, is not practical.

have you any intention to improve/modify the kind of alphabetic search method?
As I mentioned this method is not appreciate from our costumers.

Is it possible to add the modification in to the W52P wish list?
