Is there a way of configuring the phone to be able to use an Account for outbound calls only?

Preferably without maintaining permanent registration to the server, so it only connects when a call is dialed ?

The Bria softphone (PC/Android/iPhone) and Android's own built in Voip setup allow this (Allow incoming calls = no), but I can't seem to see any way of doing this on the Yealink ?

Any pointers appreciated

Thanks, Richard
Hi TotallyVoip,

Our DECT phone has this feature and can assign the handset just can do outgoing calls.

"Preferably without maintaining permanent registration to the server, so it only connects when a call is dialed."
Just to use the ECO+ mode can perfectly meet your need.

if you want to add this feature to T28, you should contact with your distributor. They will help to push your request.

Thanks, it's a shame there is no way of doing this.

For inbound calls, is there any way of showing during the ringing phase, the actual identity/trunk that the call is coming in on?
Hi TotallyVoip,

Do you mean when a call coming in, the LCD of phone can display the caller location?
Why do you want to use this feature?
