Hello there,

We bought and furnished a new phone Yealink T46G.
It also works almost everything. The SIP user has successfully logged in.
We can also accept calls.

However, if we want to call out, we can only call Smartphone numbers.
When a number is called 0431xxxxx we get an error "Request Terminated".

Can you tell us what this is?

what pbx / provider?
perhaps a trace of the attempted call would help.

Lacking any trace files, I would suggest this is a issue with PBX/STUN configuration rather than the phone. It sounds like something is going wrong at the PBX or STUN level and the phone is getting a bad response.
