Full Version: W52P and Asterisk Memmory Hunt

I am running a W52P base station with 4 handsets provisioned to it. When using Asterisk memory hunt feature of ring groups, some phones will not ring in correct sequence, and calls will disconnect while ringing.

The asterisk feature works well with my hardwired phones which include a mixture of T42G, Cisco, and soft-phones, but the W52P does not seem to handle it properly. Is there any way to make this work better?

Can you upgrade to the latest firmware of boradoft version to test again?

We have been using:
26.30.0.50 ( Handset Firmware )
25.30.0.50 ( Base Firmware )

I will try to upgrade to broadsoft firmware and advise result.
Upgraded to the latest broadsoft firmware on the base and handsets. No improvement with hunt ring groups.

Base version:

The .16 firmware has fixed the handset ring sequence, but ring is still interrupted between hunt steps.

1. There has been a call in a hunt group phone.
2. Then when a second call rings in this group, this previous call will disconnect.

Are above steps your issue scenario?

At the same time, for further troubleshooting, please supply me syslog level 6, config.bin and trace.

Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)

These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
