28.72.0.25 broke the web interface, so I now need to figure out how to downgrade it without the web interface.
Standby...
p.s. The VLAN issue still persists on this version.
I grabbed another T46G with 28.72.0.2 and VLAN tagging works as it should. However calling and other basic functions don't work on that one...
I'll keep testing and report back, worst case scenario is that we stop buying Yealink, the newer executive phones are pretty but don't work very well compared to the last generation.
I tested a bit more and all of the basic functions work fine if we let it ride our data network with VLAN tagging off (28.72.0.2).
These phones just seem to be loaded with bugs no matter what firmware we use, every firmware I've tested does something really strange...
Tested the phone with 28.72.0.25 a bit further, I checked on Firefox, IE and Chrome, it's not a browser issue. It just won't load at all.
I put in the IP: http://x.x.x.x/
It tries to redirect to this URL: http://x.x.x.x/servlet?p=login&q=loginFo...pto=status
Then fails like this on Chrome:
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to x.x.x.x
On Firefox:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 172.21.39.100.
etc.
