Hi Vondie,

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Because we can't reproduce your issue in our office, and your log and pcap did not contain the picked up process, we can't trace the real reason of this issue.
With 3cx v11 in our office, we can pick up the SP0 call ererytime in the T32G with your version.
Your kindly help can help us more.
Thanks in advanced.

Best Regards
This is the exact sequence I use to reproduce the problem. It operates this way for 3cx v11 or v12.

1) using phone #1 (any phone), call phone #2 (T32).
2) answer call on phone #2.
3) from phone #2, park call into SP0 using DSS key#2 programmed as "Call Park, SP0".
3) hang up phone #2
4) pick up handset of phone #2, listen for the a dial tone
5) press DSS key #2 to pickup call parked in slot SP0. It will not pickup the parked call
6) hang up phone #2
7) press DSS key #2 and it will pickup the call parked in slot SP0

Hope this helps.
Tim
Hi vondie,

Thank you for your detail steps. I can reproduce your issue in my office and our R&D will solve it now.
Excellent. Thanks for your continued support!
Hi vondieļ¼Œ

Please test below versions which have fixed your issue.
ftp://yealinkftp:yealinkftp@ftp.yealink....es/T3X/3CX
Thanks. I will report back after I complete testing.

Also, would you please post the list of updates/fixes for this version of firmware? Given this version stepped the second digit, it would appear to be more than a simple minor update.
Hi vondie,

Sorry. The third number is a Neutral version number (1 or 0). So your version just solves pickup issue.
Testing was successful! Many thanks.

Would you please notify me when this fix is folded into the production release firmware? I want to be sure to avoid any production firmware releases until I know this fix is also included.
I am having the same issue with a critical client. When can we expect this to be included in production firmware? I am at 38.70.1.33 and do not want to go back to the version posted here.
You best talk to your dealer. Yealink is not producing major firmware for T3x any more.
