Hi,

I am trying to configure my T26 to send the the second call to another line (e.g. line 2) if the first line is busy (e.g. line 1). ON my grandstream devices, this happens automatically. Instead what happens on my T26 is that the current line blinks, instead of the second line. Pls advise.

Hi Hilkiah,
You can configure forward feature as the attachment.
So when your phone is busy, the second incoming call will forward to another extension 100.
