In New Zealand we recently transitioned to daylight savings. I have both T46G and T42G set to the following:
Time Zone: +12 New Zealand (Wellington, Auckland)
Daylight Savings Time: Automatic
DHCP time: Disabled

Firmware versions: T46G - 28.71.0.155, T42G -29.71.0.60
Neither phone models transitioned to daylight savings time. I have now manually set the daylight savings
Daylight Savings Time: Enabled
the DST start information was already correct, DST STOP Month needed adjusting from October to April but otherwise was fine and now the time is correct on the phones.

If you want to change the DST, you should set Daylight Savings Time as Enabled.

Thanks for this rphenix, this was driving me nutty. My firmware is older but still the same result for daylight savings time here in NZ.
Firmware version: T46G - 28.71.0.80
