This thread is a bit old, but we're still experiencing an issue with the T38G using an Epygi Quadro M8L - Software Version: 5.3.71.
Tried the 38.70.0.169 firmware, but the issue is still the same as described originally in this post.

We have T38s with firmware 38.70.0.221 running on 3CX and are experiencing the exact re-park problem of the original poster. Please advise what firmware to use to fix this issue.
