Full Version: Call waiting tone adjustment - T29

I have a client that does not like how the call waiting tone is handled on the T29. Instead of a single notification tone through the handset, they are getting multiple. I cannot find the setting in template to adequately work. When I adjusted the "voice.tone.callwaiting" field in the phone, the speaker actually rang alongside of the handset. Is there a specific way to fill this field to adjust this to have the the tone sound once through the handset only?
Hello, you can't adjust handset tone only. It's a global setting.
