Hi,
We have three different IP phones (2 Cisco and one T41P) in our office under one Ring Group (as configured in FreePBX). When a call is incoming and nobody answers, all phones (including the T41P) shows Missed Call on the LCD and the History. But if a call is incoming and one of the three phones answers, the T41P will NOT show Missed Call and nothing in the History but the other IP phone will.
So basically, the T41P seems to have the intelligence to know that the call was actually answered on another IP Phone and not bother the user with the Missed Call on the display. What I need to know is how to turn this feature OFF so that all phones behave identically.
Thanks.
Ricardo
