We reset our IP phone and a Yealink T20 phone on our main desk at work that takes incoming calls. THe Yealink will no longer make or take calls, although other ones (5) on the network are still working. HELP
Hi Waratah,
Do you mean one of your T20 phone can't make and receive calls?
This issue happened after you reset the phone?
Does the account register successfully?
And is there any dial tone when you pickup the handset?
