Hello,

Is there way to customize SoftKey button functions on the idle state by http request (something like Xml Browser functions)?
I need It to show Login/Logout button in one SoftKey button, and when user login in the system - SoftKey chane to Logout.

Our ACD feature can make the softkey as login/logout, you can refer to our user guide(page 106)

Does this request from Call center?
Currently we don't support custom softkey by http request.

yes, we are going to use Yealink with call center. I've tried to use ACD for login/logout, but not understand, how can I specify authorization server? And how can I change ACD Status (Available, Unavailable)?

What's the system are you using in this call center?
You should ask your system provider to provide you some ACD account to test this feature.
Without account, you can't test this feature.
