Full Version: WMI on T28P

I have recently setup 3CX in a small office and have installed the T28P phones and for the most part they work great; however I have one unit that is setup to hotdesk and the WMI is not working on that phone. Wondering if I missed something in the setup or if that feature gets negated due to this specific hotdesking feature setup.
Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Please check whether you enabled " Subscribe for MWI" and " Subscribe MWI to VM" in your phone webpage-Account-Advanced
Now the problem is when there's voice mail, there's no prompt on the screen, and the MESSAGE button do not light up?
