Full Version: Incoming calls doesn't works!

Hello to all,

I bought a phone T22.
Outgoing calls work perfectly, the problem is incoming calls ....
That is not a connection is established, the phone caller continues to give tone even if the phone receiver (Yealink) has the handset on hook.
Could you help me?

Have you opened the appropriate ports on your router/firewall?
I tried to disable the Firewall to reset the phone but nothing has changed, unfortunately

What's the firmware on your T22?
Please upgrade to 7.70.0.140, and try to reset to factory default.

I moved the phone from my home office, here incoming calls funznionano perfectly.
I guess there's a aincompatibilità with the router at home, having also disabled the Firewall the problem persisted.
