Full Version: I can't hear any audio for about the first second

Hi,
got a problem with T28 phones. Whenever I make a call and the other party answers,
I can't hear any audio for about the frist second.
Phone A calls Phone B, Phone A can't hear B voice for about a second
After that the call is Ok.

Firmware:2.61.0.80 we must use this version ,with newer version we have problems with the XML Browser

Phone ist with 100 Mbit´s on a Switch
We have ""45 Phone"" with this Problem !!!

Setting:
Early Media : enable

Echo canceller : enable
CNG : enable
JITTER BUFFER : Adaptive 0,300,120 and testet 120,120,120

Some of our customer met the same issue, and below firmware fixed this issue:

You can have a test to check whether the problem is resolved.

And could you let us know what's the problem of XML Browser?
The XML browser feature is a little difference between V61 and V71, so when you upgrade to V70 firmware, you can refer to the instruction for V70 XML browser as below(in our website):

Echo canceller
CNG
JITTER BUFFER
we to use for the test ??

The XML Problem is the we use the "IPTAM Asterisk" http://www.iptam.com
and with the new Version of Firmware we can not use the Phonebook from the IPTAM Asterisk over the TP28 Phone
it use XML to access the Phonebook and it works with the Firmware 2.61.0.80 but not with the new one.
And IPTAM has no fix for the Problem.
Is there an way to Fix the Problem with the audio in the Firmware 2.61.0.80 ???

Hi Christian,
We suggest you to contact distributor for this issue. They will contact Yealink special technical engineer to check whether can release a V61 firmware for you.

we have test the new Firmware but the Problem stay.
always the frist second !! then it works fine.
Is there a workaround ??
we use Gigaset Fon (wireless) without this Problem

Hi Christian,
Sorry for this.
Could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, so we can analyze?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
If we find the problem, we will fix the problem on your V61 firmware, so you can use the phonebook from the IPTAM Asterisk PBX.

Thanks for your files, but there's no syslog, only PCAP trace and config.bin file, could you also provide us the syslog with level 6?
And what's the difference between "2.61.0.80_17-27-17.pcap" and "2.61.0.80_17-28-3.pcap"?

syslog im the attachment and a new pcap File
there no diff between the file´s (pcap) the same problem
with the first sec.
