Sorry for the delay, the Problem stay, it looks like better with the
Firmware,but not good, i think you are on the right way, to resolve the
problem.
What do you need of Files/Info analysis the Problem

there are the log´s.
In this log we have the problem with the audio problem for the first second
2.61.0.160_15-42-2.pcap
----------------------
This log was the second call without the problem in the first second
~ 30 sec later then the first call
2.61.0.160_15-42-59.pcap

Info:
we have check when the second call is over a 1 min. later we have
the problem with the audio for the first second

i have the same issue, i sold already about 1000 yealink phones, and all of them have the same problem. this test was done on a T28 with FW 2.61.0.154 and its a freeswitch system.

Do you buy phones from voore or NetxUSA? Can you ask help for your distributor? They have higher priority than the forum.
They have used version 71 which is x.71.0.151.
