We have an issue with one of our T48's where all of the sudden, the screen seems to be showing in a dimmed, grey color. I think the user was attempting to change some things with the wallpaper so they might have done something silly. HOwever, we even factory defaulted the phone and it didn't change the screen back to normal. The phone is only about 1 month old.

I've attached pictures of two phones - one that looks normal and the other so that you can see the difference.

for this issue , please connect your phone distributor and ask them to do a recovery mode upgrade for you

if the issue still exist , then it is hardware issue
