Can I also get a link to this beta firmware version. Was on firmware 28.71.0.85 and upgraded to 28.71.0.170 today and it seems even worse than it was before - blinking every 5 seconds and beeping every 30 seconds.

I tried .187 without success. The display still flashes every minute or so and even locks up sometimes where I have to reboot phone (power cycle).

It also broke the fix in .164.

In order to do more troubleshooting, please supply me Syslog level 6, config.bin and pcap.

Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start,and reproduce the issue, then click Stop,and export the trace, syslog, config,bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.

I'm not sure how we can pull the Sys log as the phone freezes and requires a power cycle to clear. Doesn't that clear the sys log's? I am using .164 to clear up a Pak BLF issue. The .187 breaks that fix and I stiill had the flashing voicemail issue and locking up.

Can you send a support email or ticket to flora? She has the higher prority to deal with your issue.
I suggest you to export the sys log of server.
