I am extremely confused on auto provisioning.... I am testing with my desk phone... I can see the mac cfg file on the server after i create the extension within my pbx software... my pbx software uses tftp for communication. I understand that i can setup the firmware update through auto prov. i tried tonight with several tftp and/or ftp servers and the phone never update the firmware. Do i need to use the y00000xxx.cfg file for firmware updates? We are not using option 66 yet for phones... I'd like to use the RPS service at some point, but feel i need to understand auto prov. before i proceed.

Hi Mitcheal,
What's the firwmare are you using on T26P now, and which firmware you want to upgrade to?
Could you send me your mac cfg file, so i can check the problem for you?
