I am looking into your RPS option for provisioning future phones on our system. I sent an email to sales@yealink.com as stated in the summary page on your website to register, but was unable to get an email through to you:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain yealink.com by mail.yealink.com. [117.28.234.38].

The error that the other server returned was:
553 refused, SPF check softfail

Is this service still available, and if so, how can I go about registering our company? This would allow Yealink phones to remain a competitive option for us compared to Polycom and the Zero Touch Provisioning they provide.

Thank You!
The reason your email failed is Yealink checks your SPF Record. It appears you do not have one setup on your domain.

I had just assumed the issue was on Yealink's side(kind of is since the mail server is picky), but it does appear that we need to set that up for our domain. Thanks for the heads up!
Hi Bnelson,
Please contact our local distributor to apply the RPS.
Thanks.
