Hi,

I have connected my T46G via PoE and configured the phone. Everthing works fine except my Power Indicator LED keeps on flashing fast. Any idea what could be wrong? According to the documentation when the power led is flashing fast the phone is ringing or the network is disconnected. But my phone is connected to the network and he is not ringing.

1.Generally if it's blinking fast, it's because the cable is disconnected.
So you said the cable is connected well? Can you make the call with the phone?
2. What's the firmware are you using now?
Maybe you can try this firwmare and reset to factory default:
ftp://yealinkftp:yealinkftp@ftp.yealink....1.0.85.rom

Yes the network cable is properly attached and I can make and receive calls with the phone.
When I try to update the firmware with the by you suggested rom file I got the following response from the phone:
Update Failed: Incompatible OEM device.
The current firmware version is: 28.71.188.9

Hi Gekran,
Oh, this firmware 28.71.188.9 is the custom firmware from our distributor- Lydis, please contact them for this issue, because they have some custom feature in their own firmware.
