Full Version: T22p Not showing Missed calls

HI

I'm having problems with a clients yealink T22p phones on 7.70.0.140
when some calls a t22p and then ends the call we should see a missed call
but nothing is showing i have gone over the history and nothing is recorded under missed calls. Outbound and inbound records are showing just not missed calls

Does anyone have this problem or does anyone know where i can look to test.

You need to enable Missed Call Log in the Account tab of the GUI
I am having a similar issue but I have phones on V 7.72.0.1 and I have Missed Call Log enabled. Some phones in the office log the missed calls and some do not. Any suggestions to help get this bug squished?

Do you choose the right account when you enabled missed call log in advanced webpage?
