In this bit of code while modifying templates:

linekey.19.label = %%blffirstname17%% %%blflastname17%%

I would like to replace firstname lastname with the persons extension.

Anyone know the variable for this?

I think you will need to check with 3CX since they provide these tag and these tag are tranlated into specific value in server side.
