The latest answer was on28-05-2016, but not from Yealink support.....

The issue is still there, present like a sore tooth.....

When you are able to address the issue and solve this crap?
Same problem here. The customer is severely complaining about this issue. All handsets are losing their connection after a time.
I'm having the exact same problem - and using a W56P doesn't help at all
For this problem, Yealink had noticed and release improved version.
Please upgrade then test again.
This is handset version, you can download from the link: http://download.support.yealink.com/down...3.0.30.zip

Also, please upgrade the base station to latest version.

If latest version can't help, please help us to get trace files then send email to support@yealink.com for help.
