Hi Anton,
I know now your problem is not user agent, but remote phonebook.
Yesterday i tried the firmware 25.30.0.28, and finally i reproduced the issue, the remote phonebook prompt "Connect error".
Then i upgrade to the firmware 25.30.0.30, and it works well, not prompt "Connect error" any more.
So could you try with this firmware and check again?

I confirm that the defect is also reflected on the firmware 25.30.0.30
I enclose a picture.

After being preprovisioning, the phone reboots after about 1 minute, the next time telephone's charging the local address book, accounts from my server (https), but returns an error on the remote address book.

Even with the firmware 25.30.0.30
We have solved the problem.

It was a problem of our network dhcp blocking phones over a infinitesimal time.
That blocked the refrash the remote address book.
