I ever hear ringtone on my TP21p while receive calls, but not more in the last days.

The phone flashing light, i see the incoming call, but the ringtone don't play!

I have just update the firmware at 34.72.0.75.

Some people can help me?

Hello, can you check the volume of ringer? Just press volume button to see what value is set.
If it is not set to 0, please go to phone web interface and change a ringtone then check again.
