On the phone display where it shows time, date and name, is there an Icon or anything that will show on the display, whenever VoiceMail has been turned on and all phone calls are going directly to voicemail?

for your request , you can enable the DND feature of the phone and send the DND return code to "Busy Here"

then if your account voice mail is On, enable DND, there will be a DND icon on the LCD display and all call will to directly to voice mail and also missed call will display on the LCD
