Is it really true that the T38G does not support being wall mounted? I was going to deploy these company wide with 3CX server, but this is a deal breaker at this point.
I see the newest phone T46G is wallmountable, but 3CX tells me they don't know if support for this phone will be available before the end of 2013, and I want to deploy these now!
Any suggestions? TIA.
Hi Engine411,
Our T38G does not support wall mounted, and our T46G support it.
Could you let me know where are you from? I will introduce our sales to give you the best suggestion. And they will also push things for you if your project is urgent.
Could you share us some information about your project? So we can support fast support for you.
Thanks.

I'm in Pennsylvania, USA. I wanted to have 3CX deployed and functioning within a couple weeks, hopefully by middle of June. I need about 30 phones and am using 6 lines. But 3CX says probably no support (auto provision) for T46G until late in 2013. I have to have the autoprovision, although I suppose if your support could give me a working provisioning file that I could import on each phone, that would work for now.
Regarding the t46g, can yealink provide any assistance to getting it configured with 3CX? I am looking at just buying the t46g if I have some assurance it will work *now*, before 3CX formally supports it.
In fact, I'm ordering one t46g now to start testing it.

Does Yealink T19 and T46G (or any Yealink phone) support the standard Wall Phone Jack Wallplate that uses 2 pins on the face plate aligned vertically. It appears that wall mounting use two screws horizontally (using a molly or installation of some mounting plate.
Example: Leviton 40223-S

Hi SilverReefCasino,
Sorry. We don't support this standard Wall Phone Jack Wallplate.
