Hello, we have a
Yealink SIP-T28P 2.70.0.110 and sometimes sound comes out by speaker when called by handset.

I have found a fix in V60:
"Corrected the sound of the phone came out by speaker when a phone had voice mail and called out by handset."

But we don't use VM notifications and I understand 2.70.0.110 is a newer firmware.

Is there anything else the user may be doing that could be generating this behaviour?
Hello,
Could you upgrade to our latest firmware 2.70.0.140 and check again?

Ok, firmware updated to 2.70.0.140 but today it happened again. What could be generating this behaviour?
Hi Amaltempo,
1.So you mean during the call, the voice will come out from speaker while you didn't press Speaker button?
2.Is there a second incoming call?
3.The voice come out for only one second or always out from speaker after that?
4.Could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, when the problem happen again? so we can analyze? Maybe this is not easy, because you need to wait for the issue happened, then export these files.
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start, and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the trace, syslog, config, bin to us.
(About where to export these files, please refer to attached screenshot.)
These three files are very important for us, hope you can kindly understand.
Ok, understood. How much time is the phone able to log?

The user description of the issue is the following:
Phone rings, the user hooks off the handset, sound comes out through speaker. They have to do the comunication handsfree, because buttons don't pull back the call to the handset by any reason.

Thank you,
Andres Maltempo
Is this happening on 1 single T28?
amaltempo, What's the hardware version of your phones that are doing this?
