Hi,
Why if you place the follwing Replace Rule in the Dial Plan, the phone gives
bad r-uri?
Code:
Index: 1
Number: 7001
Replace: name@sip.com
Account: 2
But this one, with "name" instead "name@sip.com" calls without problems!
Code:
Index: 1
Number: 7001
Replace: name
Account: 2
Regards,
Rui
Hello,
Do you mean when you fill attached setting in the phone webpage, the phone will prompt bad r-uri?
But I tied it and works well?
Could you upgrade to our latest firmware and try again?(What's the model you used?)
If you use T2X phones, please upgrade to the firmware x.70.0.140:
http://www.yealink.com/SupportDownloadfi...4&flag=142
And reset to factory default.
Thanks.

Hi,
No, I mean in the phone, when you try to make the call (7001#), the phone gives that error in their LCD!

Rui
Hi Rui,
I tried it here, dial 7001, and it can dial out name@sip.com normally.
So please check whether you have the latest firmware, i use x.70.0.140 firmware.
Thanks.
