Full Version: MWI Not working on T26 using RingCentral

I have a customer that has a T26 going thru RingCentral and we cannot get the message light to come on when he has a VM. Has anyone used RC and a Yealink before and gotten it to work? If so, what settings did you use?


Hi Jerry,
It seems this is ringcentral PBX issue, we tested with their PBX before, and met this issue, and someone said it's their PBX do not support this.
