We have some old phones (T48S) we're trying to configure and apparently to do so I need to request an RPS MAC Removal and apparently to do that I need an RPS account and I have no idea what that is or how to get one. I sent in a ticket a week ago and it was assigned to a technician but no answer.

Any advice?
