It looks like Yealink phones (T53w at least) use the 4th Sunday rather than the last Sunday in March to set the clocks. This is incorrect (although it is rare it will actually cause problems!). A temporary fix is:

local_time.dst_time_type = 1
local_time.end_time = 10/5/7/2:0
local_time.ntp_server1 = uk.pool.ntp.org
local_time.start_time = 3/5/7/1:0
local_time.summer_time = 1
local_time.time_zone = 0
local_time.time_zone_name = United Kingdom(London)

Steve
We've got the same problem with our T42U and T46U phones using 3CX.

Over on the 3CX forums, people are suggesting it may require a FW Update from Yealink as it's using "4th Sunday of March" for DST, instead of "last Sunday of March" as it should be.

Glad it's not just us...
It's an issue on all Yealink phones with settings that are triggered on "4th week of March".

It should be "Last week of March" since we have 5 sundays this year (and the following years).

Older phones (like the G series) will not be impacted since they don't update the firmwares anymore.
Same boat for me.
Same issue here, waiting for Yealink to update firmware and 3cx to deploy it.
Yealink can we have a response from a member of staff?
Is anyone from Yealink going to respond to this?

This is a community forum and (unfortunately) Yealink staff do not really respond here for the most part.

To get a response from them you should try with a ticket https://ticket.yealink.com/index (and let us know what they say.)
I received this reply today.

Quote:Hi Team,

Hope you are doing great

We are already aware of this.

This is a phone bug.

Two solutions:
1. For single units:
Method 1: Configure the correct time manually:
Step 1: Access the Yealink device’s website
Step 2: Go to setting-> Time & Date
Step 3: Change the Daylight Saving time Automatic -> Enable
Step 4: Change the Fourth week to Last week.

2. For batch modify:
Configure several devices by auto provisioning:
1. Download the correct Default Summer Time configuration file via this link: https://fileonline.yealink.com/?ShareTok...54BEA279C0
2. Add parameter to the cfg provision file: auto_dst.url = [http://%3Cserver/]http://<server IP address>/AutoDST.xml
Then upload the configuration file to the server, and get the auto-provisioning URL
3. Access to the device’s website->Setting->Auto provisioning->Fill the Auto provisioning URL with correct information.
4. Press the Auto provision now

Meanwhile, we will fix DST solution in the next firmware version and release in the Yealink (supportyealink.com) website. Please noted.

You can also wait till Sunday and UK time will change.
Then we will release new firmware soon, so that you can manage a time to upgrade all.
