Hello everyone,

We are a small business and need advice to replace our current setup, which consists of a monthly leased hardware. We want to be the owners of our system.

For your information, we have a Trunk Sip subscription with Monaco Telecom.

Our needs:

-1 desk phone with a screen for the reception
-At least 4 DECT phones
-The ability to connect the system via internet with a softphone on mobile phones
-Connect the system to Kerio Connect (our mail server running on Windows Server 2012) to synchronize contacts
-Access to dialing and caller ID display on users' workstations (Windows/Outlook)

I think that a T58 + the DECT Dongle DD10K + 4 DECT handsets might be suitable for the hardware part. However, I am not sure if the last 3 points of our requirements, on the software side, will work.

I have contacted Yealink for information on these points, but they have not responded. So, I'm reaching out to the community because I haven't found those information on the internet!

Do you have any information or solutions that could meet our needs, preferably without an annual licensing fee?

Thank you for your help!
