On our Yealink A20 we had a rather old firmware (133.310.0.41) and Zoom Rooms App version (5.13.10 (2631)) - which is out of service and Zoom stopped supporting this. Thus no conference is possible. We updated the firmware to the latest one (133.320.0.35), still having that rather old Zoom App, which was not updated. Changelog states that there is no newer fw and thus no newer app.
Right at the moment, we are stuck with a couple of bars with the newest firmware but a unusable Zoom App. Anyone else having this kind of issue? The bar still is in warranty, as it is only half a year old which leaves us speachless...
