Full Version: Hotdesking how to make key after username (password) use numbers by default

By default the person can use the keypad and it will automatically use numbers EG Ext 1234

Then they hit the down arrow and the:

Password

Prompt shows up but this time the row below the display has these:

Cancel | abc | Delete | Save

All our passwords are numbers, so the Hot Desker must hit the abc key a few times to get to the 123 part.

Is there someway to program it so this key always starts with 123 and not abc?

Thanks!

Hi,

I think this is by design, but you should actually ask the Yealink helpdesk.
