Hi Folks,
we have a bunch of Yealink Seriex T4x IP Phones in conjunction with WH67/WH63 headsets. If the headset is activated and a call comes in, the ringer volume of the IP Phone is double as loud as the headset is not activated.
I was looking around to decrease ringer volume of the IP Phone with activated headset but can't find any opportunity to do so.
However, most users are not aware about this strange effect but some feel uncomfortable. Especially there's no reason for the IP Phone to ring double as loud as normal if the headset is used.
Hopefully you folks can help out- what to do to lower (not switch off!) ringer volume of IP Phone if WH67/WH63 headset is used?
Thanks in advance!
