Hello,- I have a Yealink SIP-T54W.
I Notice that the CALL FORWARD feature no longer works. It was working fine a few months ago.

Incoming call- the display screen says:
“Forward to : 1234567890”

On the caller side, it sounds like it is ringing, but the number to which it is forwarded to does not ring.

Do I need to do some king of update on the phone?
The current firmware is 96.86.107.7
I wouldn’t know how to update to a newer firmware.

Any suggestions? Thanks- Gary

Hi Gary,

If the call forwarding feature has been working fine for a few months and now suddenly stops, I recommend restarting the phone by turning it off and on again (power cycle) and trying again.
In my opinion, a firmware update is not necessary.

Hello complex1- Thanks for your reply. I have tried your suggestion of powering off the phone and powering back on. This did not work. Is their a phone number to call for Yealink Support to speak to a live person?
Thanks, Gary
