Hello!

Let's say I'm talking with another user.
Then 3rd user calls me during this conversation.
I want to connect all these calls into conference pressing just one button, without answering to incoming call.
Is it possible?

Hi,

I think you have to use a PBX for this, but I'm not sure.

Well, I guess to send something , probably some tones, to PBX I need to answer to call anyway , and conference have to be on PBX too..
