We just migrated our phones over from NEC to Yealink using Dialpad provisioning.
7 of our phones are configured to use the WH63 Headset
All the Yealink provided instructions and troubleshooting were followed exactly. Using both written and video instructions from YouTube to make sure everything was set-up correctly.
Problem:Headset is not being fully recognized by the phone.
Troubleshooting:

Problem:Headset is not being fully recognized by the phone.
- Can't answer calls from DECT Base or Headset
- Can't hear caller through headset / Caller can hear from headset
- Pressing the call button on the headset will only toggle the light on the Base
- Calls can be heard ringing in the headset
- Answering a call Using the Desk Phone's headset button will answer the call
- All 7 Phones/Headsets are experiencing the same issue
Troubleshooting:
- Double-checked installation process
- Factory Reset the headset
- Updated Firmware to most recent
- Confirmed Headset-to-Phone compatibility - Utilizing the EHS35 Adapter
- Ringer Device for Headset setting - Enabled to 'Use Headset'
- Attempted using/not-using the PC USB connection
- Followed all available opensource internet troubleshooting guides from Yealink and third-party sites I could find
