Hi

As above. I've tried 1200x800 and 1024x600 res images (jpeg, png and bmp (16bit) but none of them apply to the phone. I get the following:

Yealink VP59 (Test) MAC The resource is not supported by this device

Ideas?

Have you also tried to load a .jpg (not .jpeg) image?
Keep in mind:
The third-generation VCS devices only supports JPG format, resolution: <= 2.0 megapixels, file size: <= 5MB

Yes i can se ethe one i tried is 20kb and a jpg
