Full Version: MP54 with SBA -Failed to connect with SBA

Hi All,

One of our customers is using approximately 20 Yealink MP54 phones for their direct routing. The phones function perfectly in the standard Office 365 setup. However, they encountered registration issues with the SBA (Microsoft Survivable Branch Appliance) during O365 outages. Currently, we are using Ribbon SBA in their setup.

Could you please inform us if there are any known limitations associated with Yealink MP54 phones when used in conjunction with an SBA setup or if any additional configurations are required specifically for Yealink MP54 phones in this context?
