Full Version: WH67 (UC) Not Working for Outbound Calls

Hi,This is a great product!

I am using RingCentral (Softphone), for some reason I can answer incoming calls using the base but when I try to use the base to place an outbound call I get the initial telephone tone and once I dial (redial) the call is not placed, the screen shows as if the call is ongoing, but the number dialed (my cell phone) does not ring and there is no ringing tone in the Yealink Headset.

I checked the settings, updated device, everything else works fine.

Any ideas how I can fix it?
