Full Version: A20 Meeting Bar - Teams Error

Help,

We have several A20 Meeting Bars, with CTP18 Control Panels, running teams.

Two have recently sign out of Teams, and We cannot Get the to Sign back in, we keep getting the error "The Device isn't Enrolled in device administrator", when we sign into the account.

They have been working for months with no issue.

We have tried reseting Password / Account, Factory Reseting both device, but still get the same error when we try and sign in.

Anyone Any Idea what may be causing the Issue??
For Anyone Else with a Simlar Problem, we Found the Solution by Added the Devices Serial Numbers in the Corporate Device Identifiers within Intunes Admin Portal.

Under Deivces / Enroll Devices
